CHEMISTRY (SEC / JC)

Mdm Rai is an ex-MOE Teacher. She graduated with an Honours and a ‘Distinction in Chemsitry’ for her Post-Graduate Diploma in Education in 2009. She started her career teaching ‘O’ level Chemistry at a SAP school. Driven by her interest & passion to teach higher level Chemistry at A-levels and to help the weaker tertiary students excel in their Chemistry, Mdm Rai started to lecture H2 Chemistry and in 2013, she was awarded the ‘Most Creative Teacher Award’ by the institution. She was sought for private tuition to the top three JCs students. Her students always find her delivery engaging and concise, and were amazed at the way she could skilfully linked the concepts and topics together.  They also appreciated her notes and detailed written feedback to their assignments useful and constructive.
